Here’s what Juniper participants are saying about evidence-based wellness classes:
“I came away with such a positive attitude and so much more knowledge about preventing falls!”
“After taking this class, I am [a] more confident caregiver! Having tools to resolve problems in a definite advantage in becoming a better caregiver and a happier, wiser, healthier me and a healthier ‘us’!”
“I have learned there are people like me, not living life to the fullest because of a chronic condition, and that we can move forward.”
Yes, I'm interested in future wellness opportunities!

*What is an evidence-based wellness class? According to Juniper, an evidence-based wellness class is based on rigorous research and is proven to produce results. Certified leaders are experts at presenting class content and connecting class participants with each other. All evidence-based wellness classes offered through Lyngblomsten Community Services are part of the Juniper network, a statewide program helping communities across Minnesota create a culture of health for older adults where prevention and wellness are norms.
